From Grau Software:CountDown has 4 different individual timers that count down the time for your specified task, then displays a message and sounds an alarm (WAV file). Included with it are two CountDown timers (one runs like a stop-watch), two CountUp timers (one of which also runs like a stop-watch), a Date CountDown which counts down to 10 different dates, and a Full Screen CountDown, which runs like a screensaver for timing classroom or sporting events.
"This update features four new countdown timers with new looks, adds LCD fonts, new background skins, and an 'Always On Top' feature.
