If your dull Windows system-tray clock has got you down, this utility is bound to help spice things up. True to its name, this program offers a number of skins that change the appearance of your system clock. The skins vary in style and color. For example, one turns the clock into Japanese characters, while another makes it look as if the date and time have been sketched into your system tray. Don't expect a bevy of additional features, but you will find a tool for syncing with atomic-time servers, and you do get the ability to select skins at random. Clearly, Clock Tray Skins isn't one of those must-have utilities, but it makes for a nice change of pace.
