Though this virtual clipboard utility saves copied items, it doesn't offer much in the way of clip management. ClipboardPlus has a small, Windows XP-style interface that allows quick access to stored clips, though you're only allowed up to 24 entries. Unlike similar applications, this one doesn't offer hot keys for copying and pasting, and you can't drag and drop entries. You have to select an item, choose Copy to Clipboard or Paste, then go to the desired window and paste it. ClipboardPlus also can't be set to stay on top, so it's awkward to move between it and multiple windows. In testing, the program captured copied items easily but occasionally locked up when trying to clear entries. ClipboardPlus comes as a compressed file, and you'll need to have a program that handles RAR files to open it. Even though this software is free, there's little reason to download it.
ClipboardPlus is a Windows Clipboard management utility like Microsoft Office Clipboard. It can save data in clipboard before Clipboard contents are changed, allows users to view, delete and paste saved data. It can put data back into clipboard also.
