Just download and install this software and you will be able to see and enjoy the main menu bar, standard toolbar and formatting toolbar once again in Microsoft Office 2007, as you did in Office 2003. The familiar Office 2003 interface has been replaced by the Ribbon. It is cool and powerful, but many users can't find some of the features because they are hidden or moved to other places. If you install Classic Menu for Office 2007, these menus and toolbars will be retrieved and shown. All new features items of Microsoft Office 2007 have been added into the classic menu and toolbars. Supports all languages that are supported by Microsoft Office 2007: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Arabic, Korean, Chinese. You can add the menus and toolbars to Quick Access Toolbar, then you can minimize the Ribbon and finish all operations without Ribbon.

Pros: easy to install and works great.
can find features that I'd otherwise have to hunt aroud for in ribbons or look up help for their location (help doesnt always tell you either grrr).
ive passed the 15day trail and it still works :)
it allows you to use all the 2007 ribbon buttons / lyout AS WELL AS traditional menus and buttons at same time.
all new funcitons are apparently included in classic menu structure and i havent found any missing...
Cons: doesnt work for outlook or access.
can't customise any of the menus.
though vendor says both these features are coming in an update..
