With Chronograph, you can rest assured you're right in time with the National Institute of Standards and Technology. This tiny application is one of those great tools you set up once and then forget about. Upon launching, it simply connects to one of several NIST servers around the world, downloads the right time, and compares it to your machine. The program can display time differences around the world. It can work as a time server, too, so you easily can synchronize your clock to any computer in your LAN. You can run it manually or automate it to run at any interval you see fit. The utility supports automatic dial-up and proxies. We like its compact interface with lots of skins, which also customize the look of your taskbar clock. The invaluable service this software provides makes Chronograph well worth the download.
Publisher's description
From AltrixSoft :This program works with the atomic time servers of the National Institute of Standards and Technology to synchronize local PC clocks. It has a nice-looking user interface and offers some useful features that make the process of time synchronization fast and comfortable. You can work in Manual, Periodical, or Wait for Connection modes. Dial-up networking and proxy support are included. Chronograph can work as a local time server in LANs. This major update includes SNTP protocol support, HTTP proxy support (with authentication), and a new, modern interface.
Version 6 adds new Vista-like interface, highly improved stability and synchronization accuracy, excludes refined list of time servers with some unreliable servers.

Version: Chronograph 6
Pros: I'm a long time user of this prog (since version 2) and it has never disappointed me. What I like most of all is its interface, and version 6.0 with its Vista-like style looks even better than previous.
Cons: Well, alarms as an additional feature would be nice.

Version: Chronograph 6
"Seems to be the best among time synchronizers"
Pros: Cute and simple. Very reliable, supports automated synchronization, and most of all I like its ability to replace standard Windows clock (it shows the time in the system tray using numerous skins).
