Version: Chaos Manager 2.23
Pros: What I really like about this product is its clean and compact interface. Its not too cluttered and makes information handling a breeze. You have some interesting skins to try out. The calendar functionality is pretty cool, and very useful if you're not running something like Outlook, or any other PIM for that matter. The Contact List is also fairly comprehensive with a lot of form fields. And a big plus is that its free.
Cons: I really don't like the software not having a todo list. You can achieve that by using the Notebook feature, but if you do use the program, you'll realise its just not the same thing. And the Calculator button is a disaapointment. All it does is open up the Windows calculator. I was hoping for a customised and integrated thing.

Version: Chaos Manager 2.23
Pros: I've used lots of programs, but this one is my favorite. Great layout, the interface is very user-friendly, program does just what you need without a bunch of clutter, the alarm never fails me, the customizable notebook rocks (we all love control), and it even lets you add your own wallpaper to the main menu (try the "blue glass" skin over the wallpaper - very cool looking). There is a new update/patch on publisher's website, "Chaos Manager 2". Would provide web address, but CNet doesn't permit it, so just google it.
Cons: Haven't encountered any in the last three months.

Version: Chaos Manager 2.23
"This is exactly what I was looking for - highly functional"
Pros: Does exactly what it says (see description).
Very simple interface.
Uses very little CPU and RAM.
Most useful and unusual feature: You can store ftp url and login information and automatically synchronize your data with an online file. If you use more than one computer in more than one location, this is UNBELIEVABLY useful!
Cons: Just two suggestions: 1. At the moment I am forced to use "appointments" as tasks (or a "to do" list). Naturally, although appointments in the past are 'complete', it would be nice to have a specific "to do" list. This could also feature "% complete" and/or notes attached. 2. The ability to synchronize is begging for a multi-user facility. For example, tasks could be assigned to different users / different users could leave comments on each task.

Version: Chaos Manager 2.23
Pros: Very simple and easy to use.
Also very helpful to read the tips and info that come with it.
The upgrade has more functionality.
Cons: None - it's a great product for the "price".

Version: Chaos Manager 2.23
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Can't get the idea of this manager. It's seems it is just a bad copy of Outlook or another similar manager?!
What the idea of 'Notebook' button which open very limited HTML editor so you can't edit HTML easily?
'Calculator' button just open the Windows calculator and I don't think it's making the manger better.
'Calendar' looking very ugly and I don't see posbility for example show two months together.
'Search' facility in popup window also looking not very good for all section wherever it is available.
All available skins - it is just a list of different colors for manager window.
Even if it's free I don't think you should release manager which is looking not ready for serious use.
