Version: Chameleon Clock 3.2
"Decent features but an intolerable resourse White Elephant!"
Pros: It certainly gives a break from the borring windows clock. Also, has some decent features built in as you can read about. But, is the windows clock really that bad that you need to get this?? No, no its not. If the basal resource requirements are reduced to within reason it would be a good program.
Cons: With the seeming simplicity of this program, it is unbelievable that it is able to gloat a basal 10% resource use on a 2GHz Pentium-M with 128MB dedicated graphics and 1 GB RAM. Programs which require nominal video processing actually beat to the frequency of the clock as it changes a simple n to an n+1. Attempts to close the program after it has started will lead to an explorer crash and it must be restarted. Also, the intitial execution of this program is a rather intense process as well.

"Fantastic multiple alarm capability -- easy to use!"
Pros: Our psychology practice uses this alarm to alert when the session is over. Multiple alarms make it easy to keep on schedule! It is very easy to set up.

"Last week my hard drive crashed; I was lost without the Chameleon."
Pros: I love the different skins. The time AND date are visible. The alarms work very well. It doesn't seem to conflict with XP at all.
