From Cerberus :Cerberus FTP Server provides industrial strength secure SSLv3/TLSv1 encryption and powerful FTP server performance without sacrificing ease-of-use. Cerberus is designed to use very little system resources, features a user-friendly interface that can be easily hidden or accessed from the system tray. The server can also integrate with Windows Active Directory or LDAP authentication services, run as a Windows Service, resume failed transfers, and offers an easy-to-use manager for controlling user access to files and file operations.
Version 3.0 adds group support, includes an auto-update feature, improves Vista and Windows 7 support, adds new security features including support for checking client certificates against certificate authorities and FIPS 140-2 validation, incorporates a new bandwidth graph, adds LDAP authentication, and dramatically improves the remote web administration feature. There is also support for many new client command extensions that have been added to the FTP spec or are currently in draft form. Finally, much of the underlying graphical user interface system has been rewritten to allow for more flexibility and the capability to more easily add future features and improvements, and a new, native 64-bit release is now available.
