"Did not work at all for me"
Version: Business Card Reader for BlackBerry 1.4

Product support did try to help.

The app never recognized the text on the business card. It would not populate the fields or when it did, it was not correctly recognizing the card.
Summary
The app would not recognize any thing or convert anything correctly from a business card. The app provider touts using ABBYY technology for the text reader and converter which prompted me to purchase this app for my BlackBerry Torch 9800. When I used the ABBYY BCR for Nokia E71, it performed briliantly so this prompted me to buy the app for my BlackBerry. Unfortunately, it never worked even after several attempts to use the suggestions by the provider's customer support.
Bottom line for me was a waste of $10 and some time trying to get the app to work. Ultimately, I ended up uninstalling this app from my phone.
