It is a scalable client-server application that allows you to track problems and issues or track software bugs and defects within your technical department and easily eliminate communication bottlenecks. Its features include dynamic definition of fields to track, hot lists, graphs, automatic paging, an email interface, reports, and a query function for searching within your issue history. Whether or not you have a formal help desk, this program can help you control technical issues. Newer features include an internal knowledge base and the ability to customize windows, plus the ability to download updates from the Web.
New features include an Asset Manager, Project Manager, Issue Templates, and Visual Source Safe Interface. New companion modules provide a wireless interface and automatic issue escalation and notification.
Note: Paging and e-mail interface is disabled in the unregistered version.
