"Much better products out there for the money"

"One of the better low priced products we found"
Pros: The depth of the product is quite excellent for the money. Was easy to set up and start using (took one day to get rolling). Support has been outstanding - we've been very pleased with the company and product. We looked at many products, and found most to be very high priced for this level of features, or cheap but lacking in features and depth.
Cons: Nothing substantial. Found a couple of outdated bits of information in the User Guide which the company addressed.

Summary: This software offered more than I thought it would for the money. Lots of customization capabilities and very easy to use. The install was a little tricky but the support dept. was very friendly.

"Customization Great /Comprehensive Demo"
Summary: Issue screen adapts easily to show what I need in a time-saving format my agents will understand. Demo file was large to download, but it was a highly functional demo compared to others. Got a good comprehensive look at the product.
