This free P2P application lets you find and download files using a unique system. On the left side of the three-pane interface, you choose from a long list of Web pages that contain files you can download. Different sites offer different types of files, and the subject matter is usually apparent by the name. When you opt to download a file, a smaller file appears on your desktop, which you then open in BitComet. After a bit of a wait, the application aggregates users that have your requested file and starts a swarm download that gradually grows in sources and speed. We like the enormous variety of files available for download, but aside from paging through categories, there are not many ways to search for specific files. Still, the addition of a preview function helps. The BitComet client offers chat capabilities, stats trackers, and the ability to bookmark your favorite sites. Overall, we think BitComet and the BitTorrent system are a great alternative to most file-sharing apps, and the fact that this download is free sure doesn't hurt.

you can do other stuff like preview downloads and watch flash videos etc.
Cons
has difficullty getting that last bit downloaded - can be slow. It also wants to take over your whole download situation , if you let it get away with it - opt out.
Summary
Get utorrent instead or as well. Vuze is also good and all three can be on at the same time , without bothering each other too much.

I downloaded it and it totally messed up my internet connection and my IE. It made my computer run as slow as a turtle. So I uninstalled this junk and went back to utorrent and now it works great.
