Great user interface
Dont need to create groups to add a bill
Debt Shuffle
Summarizes and can see everyone's IOUsCons

Keeps having errors and crashing

Overall a good tool to manage debts and split bills with friends, but they need to fix their service interruptions and have more updates since it's not hard to switch to similar services like http://www.billsup.com. But having said that, billmonk still has the most useful and well-done features so far.
