From Big Blagger :

Big Blagger Desktop Ticker allows Big Brother fans all over the world to keep up to date with the latest goings on in the Big Brother house. The news updates are taken from the RSS feed of the Web site, and displayed on your desktop, clicking on a story will take you to the full story. You are able to position the ticker on your desktop, set it to load on startup and set intervals between news stories. It also comes in a speak blue design, with a clock for future reference. The ticker can be minimized and expanded, if a breaking news story should occur.
