Version 3.6.18 adds the commands by command line to start task as Windows service.
Pros: Full featured product for those that want to have a synchronization or scheduled backup to/from a server via ftp. Lots and lots of options but walks you through setup, and you can click Finish at any time if you don't need the additional options.
Cons: None so far (after 1 week).
Summary: This is exactly what I needed - runs as a Windows scheduled service so it even works unattended after a reboot, keeps the file's datetime from the server, LOTS of options, easy to set up, emails you the results...lots more.
