From SiteDesigner Technologies :BatchSync is a secure tool for automating file synchronization, replication, mirroring and backups. It utilizes standard FTP/SSL and FTPS over SSH protocols to ensure data safety and encrypts all data with strong encryption ciphers. Also plain text FTP is supported. It's designed to be run unattended via scheduler, with email notifications to help remote monitoring. The scheduled sync tasks can also be run as service. The smart SyncDB file tracking technology guarantees that only new and changed files are transferred, and transfers are further accelerated by on-the-fly file compression and multithreaded transfer engine.
The software supports one-way and two-way synchronizations, and includes sync preview-feature to help setting up the sync tasks. Sync tasks support extensive include/exclude filtering by name, size, date and attributes and numerous logging options with multiple automatic log file rotation schemes. A separate command line sync tool is included within the package.
