BDicty is only a dictionary program, not an actual reference dictionary. It does not come with any particular data files (lexicons), but there is a wide selection of such lexicons at our website.
"BDicty features: hundreds of language, specialized and entertainment dictionaries and phrasebooks; support for talking traveler phrasebooks; high data compression; two view modes with adjustable display panes; support for MMC, SD, MS external media cards through VFS.
Version 5.7 supports bold font in articles, left-to-right text in articles, and includes active lexicon information display.
