Version: Axialis IconWorkshop 6.3.3.0

"Makes icons, has flaws."

Pros: Very easy to use, intuitive interface. Can make icons.

Cons: In Vista x64 failed to make any true Vista icons. Made only one size icons that can not be enlarged or reduced.

Summary: There is a much better converter called ToyCon icon maker - a fun to use freeware, available elsewhere on the internet. And, unlike Axialis, it did make true, resizeable Vista icons from any png file.
