Though it lacks extras, this handy tool automatically reloads the current page you are browsing, at regular intervals. Auto URL Refresher sports a simple interface consisting of text boxes and a few buttons that are very easy to understand. The program can refresh up to nine Web pages and you can easily customize the refresh rate intervals. We liked that the program automatically launched each URL in separate Internet Explorer windows after we hit the Start button, though opening each page was a bit slow during our tests.
Settings are saved in an INI file that also maintains a log of refreshed Web pages. It's important to note that closing the program also closes the opened Web pages. Despite its short 90-use trial and the general lack of extra features, any user wanting to keep up with dynamic Web sites such as auctions and game scoreboards will find this program helpful.

Version: Auto URL Refresher 2
Pros: It does just what it says, it refreshes the page for you...
Cons: It keeps opening each page in a separate window! From what I know there is no way to change this. Would anyone wanna keep refreshing in a different window... Sooner or later my computer is gonna crash...

Cons: If you wanted to refresh more than one page, you had to have one refresh every 5 seconds(minimum, then 6, 7 and so on.

Version: Auto URL Refresher 2
Pros: The product has worked exactly as advertised during the trial period
Cons: The purchase price is actually $19 and not $9 as listed here. I am still waiting for a registration number after paying for the program 1 week ago through the authors "share-it" payment services.
Summary: Made the payment which stated the key would be delivered in 24-72 hours. 1 week later and numerous emails that have not been answered by the provider (support@autourlrefresher.com) or his billing service (support@us.shareit.com), I am starting to ... read more >>
