Almost all audio/video formats [3GP, AAC, AC3, AIFF, ASF, AVI, EXE, FLAC, FLV, GIF, M1V, M2V, M4V, MKA, MKV, MOV, MP2, MP3, MP4, MPC, MPG, NUT, OGG, RA, RM, SWF, VOB, VOC, WAV, WMA, WMV, WV, YUV] are supported. You can play your executables without a player and codec. It works standalone. Use this tool also as a converter or a player.

Pros: You can browse files.
Cons: If you want high quality conversions forget about the free version of this software. It limits you to 64kbs sample rate.

Cons: only allows you to convert audio to low quality

Pros: It is good for converting regular swf files into AVI.
I've never done big files but small files work quite wellCons: I know of none

Cons: The quality is only 64kbps.
