Version: Aston 1.9.5
Pros: This gives you an interface much like the high-end UNIX workstations. You can also download different themes from vista-skins.com and get the same look and feel by changing the Vista theme or skins on your desktop.
Cons: Kind of confusing to learn how to use it.

Pros: This is an awesome program. I used it on my Win98 and I can make it look like it has vista. The fact that it replaces "explorer" is a decent idea. Sometimes it is faster than explorer. Thousands of themes to choose from from the Aston Website. Based on Video Game Consoles, OSs and much more. I got the full licensed version from giveawayoftheday.com for free a couple months back.
Cons: However, sometimes it is slower than "explorer". I have had days when it will crash, but that is usually when I use a very complicated theme with many plugins, and after all I am using it on Win98.
