Create and edit 256-color icons for use in Windows with Anything's an Icon. Use the Bitmap conversion tool to convert scanned images of friends and family, bitmaps, and images from games into 256-color icons. Compress images as large as 640x480 into 256-color icons. Fine tune your icon's color pallet to get just the right look, and type your own messages into any icon. This program also includes a screen capture program for capturing just the right pictures and a sample library of 256-color icons scanned from popular games.
