Despite its lack of 3D graphics, this addictive breeding game held our attention for the full hour of the demo. The gameplay is quite simple, and you won't even need to read the enclosed help file. You run an anthill in an attempt to make a billion ants. Short instructions at the beginning explain the tasks your ants must perform. Random events (among them, the attack of a small girl, Lenny) and battles will force you to reallocate resources. It's not complicated. Thanks to the clean interface, in half an hour you'll be concentrating on strategy rather than searching for the right button. Ant War shares a flaw common to many breeding games: as the game progresses, the bonuses and enemies change, but the basic strategies don't. Also, while the game's Flash-like 2D graphics look all right, they certainly won't wow anyone. In general, Ant War will appeal to strategy buffs, but $19.95 is probably asking too much.Publisher's description
From Anarchy :If you've ever wanted an ant farm but worried that the ants might get loose in your home, in Ant War you start with a simple anthill and grow into an amazing ant empire.

Version: Ant War 1
Pros: Normally, I like good graphical games. THis one - no 3d graphics - very 1980 ish. But the breeding plot was interesting, and I found myself capitbated, so people should be interested in triying it, despite the graphics!
Cons: Graphcis could be better in the next version!

Version: Ant War 1
"Very Good but some things I didn't like"
Pros: I like that you can level up and get free stuff the 60 minute trial period gave me a chance to play with everything I thought the little weather station and all the little ants were cool.
Cons: I don't like it on the other hand because sometimes its really hars to balance out the colony.
