A glance at this screensaver's title tells you exactly what you'll get when you download it. American Flags in NY Screensaver shows various pictures of the stars and bars in both New York City and Orange County, New York. In most cases, image quality is fine, but this program unfortunately only includes fewer than 10 shots. We expected to hear some patriotic music accompanying the photos, but even when we left the Mute Sound box unchecked, we didn't hear anything. You will find a configurable RSS reader, but you can't set the interval between images, select individual transition effects, or change the location and style of the captions. Still, since it is free, we can see how American Flags in NY Screensaver would appeal to those desiring to express their patriotism.Publisher's Description

A compilation of only a few of the photos taken in New York shortly after 9/11. At that time it seemed as though the American flag was everywhere in New York. This screensaver displays examples: on a train car, on a barn roof, at the NYSE, and at Ground Zero.
