"Worked for me"

Pros
I was able to create a shortcut to launch an applicaiton with belownormal priority in Windows 7.

None for me.

"I was happy! It did what it said quite handily."

Version: Advanced Shortcuts Composer 6.9.1

Pros
I used it on an XP system.
This saves a lot of time and is easy for the non-code writers that want to set priorities for applications that use too much CPU resource. It's free!!!

Cons
None. It worked well.

Summary
It is much easier than writing a command line in the shortcut or batch file. There were many manual methods of doing this on the web, but most were inaccurate or incomplete. If you need to run applications that are resource hogs; get it!

"Did not work for me"

Pros
This CNet review form said I could enter 0-250 characters here, but when I tried to submit with 0 characters it actually complained and said I must enter at least 10 characters. Consider this an additional review of the CNet web application.

Cons
While it took me through the steps to create a keyboard shortcut, it never actually created it. In addition, it does not provide a means to browse already assigned shortcuts. It is limited in where it can create the shortcut file.

Summary
Did not operate for me as described.
