From Joseph Cox :Adobe Reader SpeedUp is a simple application that was created to help make the loading time of Adobe's Acrobat/Reader software bearable for everyday use. AR SpeedUp only needs to be used once (a process taking only a few seconds) and then your version of Reader will be transformed forever. There are also some tweaking options available.
What's new in this version:
Version 1.36 adds auto-detection of Adobe Reader/Acrobat 8, along with a new Hungarian and updated Polish translations.

"Where have you been all of this time?"
Pros: Works great. Was so tired of waiting for Adobe to load. This does exactly what the title says. It speeds up the loading.

Pros: This app saves a lot of load time when one HAS to load Adobe Reader! Now, I won't be so hesitant to open .pdf files! And it's free! What's not to like? Load time for Reader is cut in half, or more!
Cons: It gave me a few error boxes when configuring, but I am using Windows 2000. Couldn't find some .dll files or something. It still works anyways, though.

Pros: Really helped speed up AR start time. Also used the tweaks and loved them.
Cons: Nothing I didn't like about it.

Pros: omg!! I dont know how I ended up on this download page but I am glad i did! Adobe should pay this individual for creating this b/c I know like me many won't even bother reading or clicking on a read, link or something that says it's on pdf (?) Adobe takes so long but I just tested it & it makes it fun b/c it comes up before u could finish saying "Adobe", lol. Unbelievable! Adobe you own Joseph Cox $$
