From DivlocSoft :The program is an advanced tool that can be used to perform the search and replace operations across multiple text files. It supports the search engine query syntax and the regular expressions syntax. The search results window is especially convenient. You can see the lines containing the highlighted occurrences found in the selected files. In addition to the simple replace operations Actual Search & Replace allows to insert the text before or after inclusions, delete the text and replace it with spaces. The preliminary search, ability to undo changes and the backup feature help the user easily control the process of modifying files. The searched files can be filtered by size and last modification date. You can save reports about the found files and detailed information about the inclusions found in them.
Version 2.6.9 supports Delete Files and Rename Files commands.

Version: Actual Search & Replace 2.6.9
"Fantasticly versatile search functions"
Pros: This program is happy to search a near limitless number of documents (limited, it would seem, only by the amount of ram you have in your PC) with a great number of refinements allow you to find exactly what you are looking for. Replacements are a simple button click. The beauty of this program is its reporting function (not much use if you�re just interested in it for its coding capabilities but amazingly graphic for business purposes). This is one of the best thought out programs I have come across and it�s a joy to use.
Cons: It is unable to search within its own results. Hopefully this will arrive in later versions. Also, I have found that once the program has been registered it will occasionally refuse to pick up any results. The program needs to be shut down and restarted for it to work again.
