From DivlocSoft :The program is an advanced tool that can be used to perform the search and replace operations across multiple text files. It supports the search engine query syntax and the regular expressions syntax. The search results window is especially convenient. You can see the lines containing the highlighted occurrences found in the selected files. In addition to the simple replace operations Actual Search & Replace allows to insert the text before or after inclusions, delete the text and replace it with spaces. The preliminary search, ability to undo changes and the backup feature help the user easily control the process of modifying files. The searched files can be filtered by size and last modification date. You can save reports about the found files and detailed information about the inclusions found in them.
Version 2.6.5 supports a new directory browser.

Pros: with the use of regular expressions, this tool is rock solid. Great for making mass changes to huge number of files.
Cons: could use better documentation of the regular expressions

Version: Actual Search & Replace 2.6.5
Pros: I found and downloaded Actual Search & Replace when I needed to make global changes in a web site that my web development application couldn't handle. I was pleased to find that it works with multiple lines of text (html code). This product saved me about five hours of valuable time. So, when I had more changes to make involving 150 pages of code, I gladly paid the license fee. Would other similar products work as well and save me as much? Probably. But this is the one I found, downloaded and tried.
Cons: The interface is fairly clear, but if you aren't a search and replace guru, it takes a little time to decide what it all means and how best to use the settings.
