Version: Active Request Engine 3.3.2
"Great Product - Company doesn't exist"
Pros: Everything about the product is top notch. Ease of use, layout of GUI, etc.
Cons: Repeated attempts to contact the company makes one think the company doesn't exist. Live Chat is disabled, one of the phone lines is disabled, and all other lines go to voicemail. Emails to the company went unanswered. Too bad.
