This program promises to help you keep track of home and small-business finances. The installation runs quickly for this small download. The software is well designed, includes many features, and even supports various languages, including Russian and Slovak. All commands are accessible from buttons within the interface, as well as in the menus. The program performs all types of calculations, downloads the latest exchange rates from the Internet, and handles online banking. Bank-account and credit-card information can be protected by passwords to keep your data secure. A button link gives you quick access to the developer's site for updates or for help. There is no reason not to try AceMoney Lite, given it's free and has extensive features and a good design.Publisher's description
From MechCAD Software :AceMoney Lite is free account-management software. It will help you keep a tight rein on your spending habits, your stock portfolio, your 401(k), and your bill payments. With more than 100 transaction categories, support for password protection, 150 currencies, and more than 20 supported languages, AceMoney Lite is powerful and clever enough for any home user or even for small businesses. It supports QIF and OFX file formats, allowing you to download information from online banks or to import it from another account's software. AceMoney Lite can generate custom reports based on any parameters you define, and can call up bar graphs and pie charts. On top of that, AceMoney Lite provides a simple loan calculator and a professional mortgage analyzer.
Version 3.8.3 fixed printing bugs, sorting by total in the transaction reports, date import issue in OFX parser, missing account name when transaction belongs to closed account, incorrect computation of adjusted budget limit for parent categories, initialization of decimal separator for the numeric pad, download of currency exchange rates for only selected currencies, length limit of category and subcategory fields in the split dialog. It also added Finnish language, support of Iranian Rial (IRR), and of Serbian Dinar (CSD).

Version: AceMoney Lite 3.8.3
"Not particularly useful unless you have only one account of any type"
Pros: The product is user friendly, and if more than one account could be created would be a useful tool.
Cons: This product supports only one account, making it extremely limited. Also, there is continual prompting to upgrade to another version, which is annoying.

Version: AceMoney Lite 3.8.3
Pros: It seems to be pretty easy to use...
Cons: The fact that you can only add ONE account of any kind is a LIMITATION...who has only one account...I have no money and I have more than one...the least they can do is tell the truth before you waste time downloading something that has no realistic function.....

Version: AceMoney Lite 3.8.3
Pros: I've started a "loaning" business since a few other people kept borrowing money from me. The more they borrow, the more confused I get, so I got this, and it really helped me organizing the money I've lended, AND my expenses and profits.

Version: AceMoney Lite 3.8.3
"Lite version not worthwhile as only one account is allowed."
Pros: Simple plain format is easy to use. Not cluttered with a lot of irrelevant junk.
Cons: It's limited use of only one account makes it practically useless. The unlimited version being pushed is probably worthwhile, but I feel it is overpriced at $30 compared to other financial programs.
