Pros: The good review given by this webpage was the only reason I decided to install this toolbar. I have never liked them, not yahoo, msn, google
Cons: It immediately changes my start page to some businnes page that offers likns to a bunch of places for u to spend money

"Awesome program, but it could be dangerous!!!!"
Pros: I have never seen one toolbar or program have all of this in one setup. It looks tailored to the business and home user. It's amazing how many, hacker, general user, fun, vital, advanced user, and troubleshooting tools it has. Great toolbar!
Cons: Incredible tools, but I dodn't like the fact that I had to block access it from the WWW. Whenever I went into the password and system area, I saw outbound communication to 4C Software Ip Address!!!!!
I suggest monitoring it's usage of the net. I allowed it access to the web, but not to 4C Software's servers.

"A-ToolBar seemed to work after Anti-Virus ate the MetaSearch, but..."
Pros: Valuable assembly in a small toolbar. Twice as much would be better! Could be the first issue of a good toolbar.(A non-professional judgement.)
Cons: MetaSearch took the reins and auto-updated after installation. Functions accessible part time & intermittent.
I found in the 'clipboard history' function window, coding for a P2P photo site password altering page-dangerous 'magic' with no apparent cause.
I responded by eliminating metaEurekasearch(not caught by the AV) from the Links manager where I found it self installed. Needs a fine tooth 'hostile' combing, an AV scan, and public judgement. Read the web search listings and security forums first- I didn't- I'd give it a questionmark '?'
Perhaps the next version...

"Good idea but needs more work."
Pros: Useful functions. There's a few for anyone.
Cons: Many functions don't work like translation, news (404 Error),... , buttons can't be configured. Even without all the bugs not many people will use it.
