Pros: Interface looks good. It's a great idea.
Cons: In my opinion, it was quite un-stable. We were going to use it in place of Microsoft's Net Folders, but Net Folders seems to have fewer glitches. I think 4team needs more R&D time. To be fair, I installed the Outlook 2000 version so I cannot speak for the newest version. Also, the "chat" support site was down when I attempted to gain support. The problem was that I could not get the messages to process from the inbox (for those of you who understand Outlook integration). There were no rules set up in Outlook and I had all Service Packs installed. Post uninstall issues included non-functioning Oulook.

Pros: The product is just what I need.
Cons: I will not be able to purchase the needed product based on terrible tech support and possible product problems. During the eval I could not event get Sales or Support to help me through synchronization problems. The online chat help is way too slow. There must be one pweson servicing hundreds of chat sessions. I will not buy based on my initial experience. Their Loss!

"Makes Outlook crawl to a halt and terrible tech support"
Pros: The product is great for sharing calendars, tasks, and other project management items without having to run Exchange server.
Cons: Outlook slows down so much, constantly synchronizing folders, even when send/receive is set to do it as infrequently as every 10 minutes. Tech support, which is only available via online chat, is terrible. Each time you type something, the tech at the other end takes a couple of minutes to respond. It's as if the tech is overseas somewhere and needs a translater's help. After I explained the problem for about 20 minutes, the tech asked to remotely connect to my machine and diagnose. I agreed. He asked me to wait while he gave me a link to allow for a remote connection. I waited for a while, and then he just disconnected the chat. I started another tech support chat window and was told that the tech I was chatting with, Andrew, just left for the day, that the person I was chatting with was in sales, and then 10 minutes into the chat, when it turned 5pm EST, told to contact them back on Monday 8am.
