Version: 4Team for Outlook 1.98.0242
"Always need to buy more, more, more. Too much! Awkward."
Pros: It works.
Cons: Awkward. Uses Internet email to update calendars.
Also, after paying for this software, sometime later I reformatted my hard drive. When I reinstalled Outlook and then 4Team for Outlook, my serial number was no good. I had to pay again. Then I bought a laptop, installed Outlook on the laptop and installed 4Team. Although the laptop version is using my Outlook data file on my Desktop, 4Team wants more money to install their software on the Outlook install on the laptop.
Forget it. Every time I turn around they want more money to make their software work. Use GroupCalendar instead!

Version: 4Team for Outlook 1.98.0242
Pros: They have a pretty website.
Cons: I've worked with this software for several years, and it has been nothing but a series of continual headaches. We have lost enormous amounts of time and considerable data because we bought into their slick marketing.
They could never get the old version to work right, so they came out with a new one, and then (prematurely) dropped all support on the old one to force the buyer to repurchase what had already been bought.
They promise the world but deliver misery.

Cons: Very buggy, wasted so much time and lost contacts. Avoid it.

Version: 4Team for Outlook 1.98.0242
Pros: It works once in a while. Tech support was good, but you will need to utilize it frequently.
Cons: The reason the trial is so short is that's about how long the software will work without attention. Every second time you open outlook, you get errors and have to reopen it. I installed it for a client & have had to continuously go and fix it. Also, no tech support on Saturday, so don't look for any help on the weekends.

Version: 4Team for Outlook 1.98.0242
"Seriously dangerous software - avoid at all costs"
Pros: None
Cons: I installed hoping that it would work with Outlook 2007 which is when it all started to go bad. The installation failed and since then it has behaved more like a virus than proper software. It is proving very difficult to remove from my PC even though I have used several tools Like Registry Mechanic and System Mechanic. I may have to reformat my hard drive and re-install Windows (and everything!!!). Very, very bad!!! Do not touch!
