"It didn't search for what I wanted it to. It could use improvement"
Pros: Easy to download and to understand.
Cons: When I did a search for an artist it had only 3 search results. I also think there should be an option for downloading mp3 files. I Like to download mp3 for music files.

"the product is efficient and helpful but could be more successful"
Pros: the product searches efficiently, it has an accessible user interface, it downloads quite rapidly and doesn't take up much hard disk space
Cons: the product doesn't have access to such a large variety of media and searches tend to find to many files fitting a narrow description
