With 12-JustAWindow you can create as many free-movable windows as necessary to cover, hide, or conceal all these areas on the screen.

Summary
I'm waiting on experienced users to review this 1st, as I've never heard of this company, or this type of product, & once D/L, it's only a limited trial. For now, I also would like to hear from others if they know about other freeware that can "cover up" any parts of an online/webpage window, especially ads & flashing pictures, auto-start videos, etc. For someone with ADHD, it?s almost impossible to ignore, & I have to spend extra effort to NOT look, although some ads are so preposterous or dumb, it actually helps me in avoiding eye contact (?Minnesota mom shares her secret to loosing 5 pounds a day!?). It used to be that ?pop-ups? were the problem, but now they can be blocked.
BTW, why do the quotation marks & apostrophes come out as question marks after submitting comments?
I can live with static ads on the sides, top, & bottom of websites. But it seems that many websites that I have visited over the years now have these distracting & annoying flashing pictures & other animated junk ads, which makes it so hard to look only at what I came to these once-trusted sites for. Yet I wouldn?t want to disable all flash, as there are legitimate & needed uses for them.
Also, now all my email accounts (msn, juno, att) have also joined in. So BTW, does anyone know of free email accounts that don?t have the non-static ads??
Thanks for any info or suggestions.
Al
