Speed may be the only saving grace of this unfortunately unstable freeware application. 123IconHunter allows you to search program files for icons at a brisk pace, and then save icons in either ICO or BMP formats. While this is a standard function for most icon programs, the similarities end there. The program doesn't allow you to resize or tweak icon appearance, such as color or brightness. It also isn't able to save icons in other file formats, such as GIF or JPEG. Its most glaring concern is stability, however. During testing, the program crashed while we attempted to search the entirety of our test computer's C drive. While we were impressed with this program's agility, it still needs some work in the shop before it can stand next to other titles on the market.Convert video files between various video & audio formats.
