Installer does not work on Windows 7 x64. As an earlier reviewer said, there is no Next button, only Cancel. When you try clicking on this worthless dialog, the install hangs and has to be killed.

I read the other reviews saying this application won't install on Windows 7 x64, but I wondered if the developer would have it fixed it by now (many months after the first complaint). The answer is NO. Instead he just replies to these reviews saying basically "it runs on my Windows 7 computer". Any real developer knows or learns quickly that differences in configuration, installed apps, hardware and drivers have to be taken into account when troubleshooting. Just resending the same boilerplate reply for months that it works fine on your own PC is suspicious behavior. I would recommend anyone who decides to take a chance on installing this game have strong malware protection and a good uninstall utility such as Revo.

I love to play this game;it gives me much joy. The computer foes are not as clever as real opponents, but I like having an edge. And I still loose plenty of times. the annoying popups don't really bother me and I appreciate this company so much(I've been enjoying the spade version for some time), I'll probably upgrade to the paid version just out of gratitude.

Oh please, DreamQuest Support, you sound like a broken record with, 'I hope you try again, we are having no problems with Windows 7, I am in charge of customer support and I run all games, free and paid, on my personal computer at home on Windows 7'.
Guess what? You DO have a problem with Hearts installing on Windows 7, but you just fail to acknowledge it. Why don't you bury your head a little further in the sand? Your pathetic response and so called 'support' is one very good reason NOT to buy this game.
