From 10-Strike Software:

LANState is a network mapping and monitoring program which allows you to see the state of network in visual form at any time. Monitor hosts, shared resources, traffic, get MAC-addresses, scan TCP and UDP ports, and be notified on events. The program also contains many useful tools for administrators such as sending messages, shutting down and turning on remote computers, ping, name lookup, trace route, obtaining information on remote hosts.

Version 2.4 has added new icons for menus, toolbars, and map objects. Added new types of network devices and map objects (ADSL modems, cameras, firewall, file server). There are 24 different objects supported in the program now. Errors fixed.
