This software can tell you if someone is spying on you, although we must say its other efforts are inoperative. 1-ACT AntiKeylogger scans the applications on your system and reveals any that record keyloggers. When a snooping module is found, it's listed on the program's double-paned main window. From there, you're supposed to be able to disable, enable, and remove the keylogging application. In examining the program, we installed two keylogger capturers and both were instantly exposed. We attempted to disable and remove the spy tools, but oddly enough 1-ACT AntiKeylogger requires you to shut down and reopen the programs for effects to take place, which is a serious roadblock if you're dealing with a keylogger secured by password-protection. Fortunately, neither of the low-grade applications we installed posed such a problem, yet 1-ACT Keylogger still couldn't disable or remove them. Furthermore, the one-day trial period is about as stingy as they come. While you won't want to become lackadaisical in your computer habits, this monitor can inform PC paranoiacs if prying eyes are watching.
