"i found this program slow and somewhat ineffective"
Pros: Compared to some of the other free anti-spyware programs I couldn't find any pros
Cons: Constantly begging to be added to startup. I ran a spyware scan with another program and found some spyware items but did not process process or remove the spyware. Then I ran a scan with 1-2-3 and the scan yielded no results.

Pros: ok what these guys have made here is a rival for the multi-award winning spyware doctor. It has the power, its smaller than SD and its free. It has been useful for some of my friends laptops which are filled with threats and this antispyware is good.
Cons: my clients (i call myself the virus buster) are asking me just to remove threats and this program is good at this. 1 thing this is missing is an automatic update module. In some free anti-spyware apps, it includes auto-update modules but this doesnt.
Summary: 1-2-3 spyware free is an amazing program with the benefits and the power of spyware doctor. I just wish this was more of spyware doctor and a bit less of ad-aware (even though ad-aware is an amazing program and i do recommend ad-aware free for its d... read more >>
