Publisher's description
From Brigsoft :A standard synchronizing program will not work if NTP (Network Time Protocol) is suppressed by a proxy or a firewall. This synchronizer uses plain access to WWW pages that show standard GMT time. It will work if you have access to Internet Web pages. The unique Time Offset feature of the program allows setting up your PC clock to gain or to lose for a specified interval. Many our users value this feature greatly.
Version 2.09 adds a Vista icon and fixes minor bugs.

Version: 0S Non-Proxy Atomic Sync 2.09
Cons: The program would synchronize fine when I told it to. However, I enabled the setting to automatically synchronize with the server, but I've had the program running in the systray for weeks and it never did. My clock is now 2 minutes off. I am running Vista 64-bit, so maybe that is causing issues.
