This application manages your workouts and food intake, but it's a bit cumbersome to use. First, you need to set up a user account that includes details like name, age, body measurements, and fitness goals. With XPerFit Software's basic interface, you can create, log, and print workout routines and meal plans; however, logging food intake and designing meal plans gets tedious as you'll need to constantly switch from one tab to another to change dates and select foods. Also, the hefty download size (19 MB) doesn't seem justified by the rather small exercise, food, and recipe databases. You can set up the program to display exercise and meal reminders at scheduled intervals, graph weight progress, and view nutritional information. Handy tools for computing heart rates and BMI are included, along with some basic yoga information. Though it covers all the bases, there are more user-friendly fitness and nutrition programs on the market.
