Looks Good BUT fails to perform

It has some interesting features and covers the basic requirements
Cons
It hangs the system. Can't be shutdown without using the Task Manager. Lack of response from support.
Summary
The trial program installed without incident and ran for several days. Two days after entering the registration data the program crashed. Everytime I try to start the program it loads to the main screen and then hangs the computer. I have to use the TaskManager to close the program. Uninstalled and reinstalled it, ran it a day and it crashed again. Sent email to support--no response.

Pros
Food entry into the diary is easy. Nutritional information is displayed in easy to read, food label style.
Cons
Not much wrong with this program, it does what it should.
