Basic vital monitoring which includes blood pressure (systolic & diastolic), pulse rate, temperature and respiratory rate is very important for any medical condition. Home Monitoring of blood pressure readings is very important and SFO TrackMyBP Blood Pressure Monitoring Software enables home monitoring. SFO TrackMyBP Blood Pressure Monitor Software allows users to record blood pressure readings (systolic and diastolic). It also records pulse readings in the system. The readings can be graphically viewed with this application and TrackMyBP software shows readings outside the normal range (shown with filled color). The readings can be seen for any range on the graphical screen and its corresponding average, min and max values are shown for that period of time. SFO TrackMyBP offers convenience of recording of these readings over time and allows users to see the trends which can be shared with the physician on doctor's visit.
