• It will not allow you to add a phone.

  Pros

Have no idea if there are any pros to this software. Does not work.

  Cons

It will not allow you to add a phone. Totally useless.

  Summary

Totally useless. A complete waste of time. If you are going to submit software to Cnet, make sure the code actually works. In Win 7 it is shown in the hidden icons. Why hide it?

• Excellent program

  Abbey-OneOctober 9, 2011

  Pros

Not only is it FREE (which is always a good thing!), but it's also one of the best designed and easiest to use programs to manage your mobile device. And did I mention it's FREE?!? Possibly the only decent free mobile phone manager around, except for MyPhoneExplorer.

  Cons

Minor limitations on the free version, which are lifted when you purchase it. However, I can't fault the developers for trying to make some money off of a very excellent program that they've made available to everyone for free!

  Summary

Overall this program is amongst the best I've used for mobile device management. Kudos to the developers for making this free for public use!

• Useless. Can't link phone.

  ryasunagaSeptember 14, 2010

  Pros

  Absolutely none.

  Cons

Loaded 3 times. Each time unable to select USB/Bluetooth connection. Follow meager support suggestions to the letter. Still didn't work. Waste of time and energy.

  Summary

I gave it 1 star only because I couldn't select anything less!

• Cannot "Add Phone"

  ttalley220August 14, 2010

  Pros

Very easy to install. Not worried about Malware or Spyware as I have many Xilisoft products and a really great Anti-Virus program on my PC and Xilisoft is a trusted company. Great that it is free, Xilisoft usually charges.

  Cons

Unable to "add phone" and cannot find connected device. Like the previous review it shows Chinese lettering when you hover over the task bar shortcut. If I cannot "add phone" then it is pointless to have this software.

  Summary

Seriously, don't bother downloading until Xilisoft can work out the kinks.

• Cannot Add Phone + Software shows Chinese characters

  guru_bhaiMay 14, 2010

  Pros

Easy to install but Users Beware don't know if installing this on your system will cause any malware or hijack your system. Also when minimized in the system tray the icon shows up with a bunch on Chinese Characters as label..

  Cons

When I tried to add phone the window that poped up did not allow the mouse to select the USB or Blue tooth. The Radio buttons would not work, while the other buttons "NEXT" and CANCEL worked.

  Summary

  Stay Away
