• Risky application!

  Pros

  I used it for few years and when the program works it is nice and deliver what I need with nice features and stable platform.

  Cons

  It is very difficult to get technical information from their knowledge base to be able to solve the problems. I have few HD crashes and changed PC few times and the system did not work even after installing it according to the instructions. To get Tech support is very expensive. Most of the info on their knowledge base is about running the program and nothing about trouble shootings.

  Summary

  In summary if you do not run into any problems with your hard desk or change your pc you are fine but if you need tech support then the time and the cost dose not justify the purchase of this software. Once you use it for few years and you have all your email and then run into problem you are under the mercy of the Tech support and it is very costly. I finally realized that it is risky to depend on this software for my valuable email and gave up on it.

  Pros

  Great that it keeps emails from all customers in each file.

  Cons

  Lots of bugs ,they NEVER fix anything. The $99 price is only a way to charge you $99 and Hour to fix their flaws.. It has more bugs than the CIA!!

• Great CRM software at an affordable price

  Pros

  InfoFlo lets me manage my contacts, sales, documents and projects from one easy to use software. I love how simple it was to import information and the automatic Outlook sync feature is key for me. Also, efficiency is very important for me!! With InfoFlo all contact information is only a single click away. All I have to do is click on a contact and I get a personal inbox view of all emails, appointments, files, notes, tasks, telephone calls, opportunities, sales and projects linked to that contact. While at the same time, it offers me a general inbox view of all emails, notes, tasks, telephone calls, opportunities, sales and appointments. This design alone saves me countless hours of time as all information relating to my business is only a single click away. Finally, InfoFlo was very affordable and I especially appreciate that they offer free upgrades for life. I hated having to pay for upgrades with my previous crm.

  Cons

  Although they have a Quickbooks sync, they don't sync with any other accounting software. I know they are working on improving this.

  Summary

  If you are looking for a feature rich, easy to use CRM at an affordable one-time cost for life, InfoFlo is the CRM for you.

• Great CRM geared toward small to medium-sized business!

  Pros

  After using many different CRM programs in the past I must say the user experience for this product is above average because you are easily able to get what you need with a few clicks. The large number of features including the Outlook sync and project management make this solution a definite winner at an inexpensive price.

  Cons

  Lacks a marketplace for third party solution integration.

  Summary

  I absolutely love this product and will recommend this to any small/medium business looking for highly functional/feature rich product at a very very friendly price.

• Fully loaded, straightforward & affordable CRM

  Pros

  InfoFlo software is a fully loaded CRM with all the bells and whistles. We were looking for a solution that could track and organize all of our correspondences with our customers and easily import data from multiple sources. InfoFlo for the last two years has done that and more without a hitch. We really love the Outlook sync which allows everyone to sync their Outlook software with InfoFlo and back. Also the layout makes it very easy for everyone to see all of their information - emails, notes, documents, tasks appointments etc. It is great that everyone in the office can share of their information so if one employee is out and a customer calls we can easily answer their question without having to waste time looking for info. Additional Pros: -Excellent price point - Good customer service

  Cons

  Would like to see a IM chat feature introduced.

  Summary

  Overall great software. I would recommend InfoFlo to any indvidual or company that wants a full fledged but easy to use CRM at a great price point

• Basic CRM Service - Lots of wholes in this service

  Pros

  For those who like a basic service that can be hosted locally, this may be a solution. One of the things Infoflow has going for it is that it is that they are modestly priced for a The tech staff tries very hard to support system. I had an opportunity in few weeks I used it to contact them almost every day. They tried hard to get solutions. Often they were able.

  Cons

  This tools is inferior to virtually every other application I have explored. I initially choose this application because the few questions I knew to ask got favorable responses. I was very new to CRM and frankly did not have sufficient knowledge to ask enough questions. They give you 30 days free trial. I played with it some, but was reluctant to go all in during this trial phase. Certainly an error on my part. My uniformed and naive evaluation had me make the purchase. Unfortunately when I made the purchase and started to use the system I found many places where the system failed to deliver as promised and a number which, had I been more informed as to the technology, I would have chosen not to use Infoflow. What I can tell you is this. Be very careful in this choice. They will NOT refund you money if you later decide this is not the system for you.

  Summary

  I personally would never give this system my recommendation. The folks at this company very quickly made all the problems I had with their technology my fault. And when it became abundantly clear that their system was flawed and inadequate for my needs, there was not attempt at reconciliation. I spent more on Infoflow to locally host this flawed system that I would have spent for 2-3 years or more of most cloud based systems. Make sure you really know what you are getting here before you spend your money. Once it is spent, there will be no refund.

• Simply the BEST CRM I have ever used.

  Pros

  CRM is simple to teach and to use. All screens are easy to select and make quick use of. Easily see contacts, scheduled appointments, companies, prior contacts and notes from client. It is simple to add on features and isn't one of those products you have to buy over and over each year.

  Cons

  Although errors can happen, Infoflo has always been there to remedy the error faster than any other company I have ever been involved. Sometimes, in less than an hour.

  Pros

  Has most everything you need in a CRM software. Replaces many other programs our business was using into one package. Customer service has been very good.

  Cons

  Tutorial videos could be made with audio as they are pretty boring with no sound. Layout is a bit simplistic, not very professional looking and can be hard to navigate at times. Be prepared to invest some time for the initial learning curve.

  Summary

  Overall this is a wonderful software with many functions. I would highly recommend this software to any business as its ideal for integrating most all functions needed to help in the success of any size business.

  Pros

  Contact Management, Email, Task Management, Project management, Document Management and Fax Management all seamlessly interrelational and shared across the company. I love that email is automatically shared across the company (unless you choose otherwise) and is not a private filing system as most email clients become requiring endless copies to be forwarded to team members, ALONG WITH ENDLESS VERIONS OF ATTACHEMENTS. Great support from a company that listens.

  Cons

  There is a small learning curve but there are tutorial videos to get you started.

  Summary

  InfoFlo. Brilliant!!! The right mix of tools, people who listen to end users, and good old fashioned friendly service. And the price is simply fantastic. A couple of days to install, configure and import our existing contact base and were away laughing. This was so easy to do. We have been using InfoFlo for 6 months now and are constantly finding better and more efficient ways to do the things we do every day. We have fewer meetings as we can share so much information. The application is intuitive and easy to learn to use, our team just started using it. From a consultant's point of view this is the best tool we have used. We would recommend it to any small to medium sized organisation that needs to share its business functions across its teams.

  Pros

  Layout is ok.

  Cons

  Works only half the time, don't get the add-ons you pay for, NO customer service, after two weeks and several emails no response to a single one.

  Summary

  Good concept, but when you buy something and don't get what you pay for and they won't answer your emails or return phone calls. Purchased add on's that worked setting up but no longer work at all, several emails to customer service and not a single response. I would not spend a dime of your money on this program, unless you want to just waste it.
