WorkScape for Windows

Like other monitoring software, WorkScape tracks employee application use and website visits in detail and also makes screenshots at custom intervals. Unlike other employee monitors, WorkScape also evaluates the time each individual or team spends on the computer in three categories: active, idle and sleep. This tells managers when and how long an employee or team is working, pausing, or doing nothing.

WorkScape can display productivity data for a worker or team for all activities taken together, or employers can drill down to see data for any specific application. In addition, employers can customize WorkScape to classify employee activities and websites as productive or unproductive. WorkScape presents all this data in pie charts or tables and as timelines showing productive and unproductive periods of the work day.

WorkScape also lets employers track the positions of employees' iOS and Android devices worldwide.

Employers using WorkScape cam monitor employees anywhere internet access is available through its online dashboard and can configure WorkScape to send comprehensive weekly or monthly reports by email to company managers.
