I downloaded this to see what it was all about and well nothing happened at all. It didn't make my pc work faster or make it fell like brand new. Don't wast your time downloading it or buying this item.

Summary
I got this software last year in the store. It came with the disk. Now it says EXPIRED. Im not asking for a update. Just continue doing what it was doing. This just pay me bull sh!t scam sucks. Its like getting a music CD and next year when you go to play it it says send the artist another 40 bucks the second verse third word was changed to say poop instead of sh!t. Don't get scamed by these crooks. There are to many other programs that do the same job and don't hold ya up.

This program delivers what it says. It cleans those areas where junk builds up wonderfully

For reasons unknown to me. The program simply stopped working. I contacted customer support and their solution to the problem was to get me to buy another copy of the program when I was happy with the version (10.46) I already had.
Summary
If I am going to pay for this program. I expect better customer support and not a bunch of thieves who only want more of my money. I have since found freeware utilities to perform the same tasks as this one and they're delivering just fine. NO MORE MONEY FOR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE........... EVER

Pros
Combines several very effective cleanup and speed increasing utilities under one easy program. I have used it for a year on 3 PC's (one is step-sons surf/gaming PC) and everything is fine. I like the DOD file scrub option on all file deletes.
Cons
The key activation seems like it could be simpler and one of the program revision updates didnt go well. The update deleted the old program but didnt rename the downloaded file. But I quickly found the download and renamed it and everything was fine.
Summary
It does a fine job. I am here today to buy a download for my fourth household PC.

I like it because you can do a "One Click" and it will clean up your registry, cookies, privacy, erase history, and many other things, or you can go in and choose what you want to clean up. Best of all you can undo anything that you have done.

No complaints what so ever

Pros
It cleaned up all the temp files and IE temp files and it was doing. It gives you the list before deleting and you can exclude some if you dont want to be cleaned up.
Cons
There could improvements on this product - for ex. applications clean up is not that good. It should recommend the applications for uninstall based on size and usage. I was little scarred about registry clean up and didn't use that part of it.

Work fast. Good recovery (undo)and WinSmart Mover function.
Cons
Not truly a One-Click. First you have to open the program, then press the One-Click, then OK the deletion.
