  Pros

  Click an icon in the system tray to see a menu and launch programs very quickly. You customize the menu, and can add submenus, or even multiple levels. Has skins to change the look of the menus. This free program is just what I wanted.

  Cons

  You right click and edit a text file to make your own menu. This is very simple for experienced computer users, but for beginners it will be confusing and take some trial and error. It could be explained better, but works great when set up.

  Summary

  A menu-based launcher like this greatly speeds up your work. It doesn't hog space on the taskbar or randomly disappear as quick launch icons do. As with the Start menu you can launch programs even if the desktop is covered up. Yet it is much faster and easier than using the start menu, and you can set it up exactly as you want. (Note: be cautious of the first review, which appears to be promoting a different launcher. Get your free software only from trusted sites that screen it for spyware, such as CNET.)
