  Pros

  it is the only free solution I found that syncs the gmail and outlook contacts and its not mess the hebrew names as othe sync programs did.

  not sync the calendar

  Summary

  if you need a free solution to sync the gmail with outlook, this is the best one (or even the only one) and for the calendar free sync, I'm about to try what google offer as free sync software only for the calendar.
